Vici Satin Floral cutout midi dress

I LOVED this dress so much! They didn’t have any smalls so I ordered a medium… the medium was just a little too big for me (I have no boobs! Lol) but then a small became available right before the event… I missed the return window so I have this medium that would look just lovely on someone! Super fun dress… got so many compliments. No stretch, skirt is fun and flirty. I’m only 5’3 and was ok wearing flats as well. One sleeve (right) can easily be scrunched up and cut out is just on the right side.
