Vici bell sleeve stress

Vici bell sleeve vest. Plunging neck that crosses at chest with a tie to keep it closed. Elastic at waist. Perfect condition. Shoulders to hem is about 36 inches. Can be made shorter because it is elastic at the waist. You can pull the dress up more. Pit to pit is about 18 inches. Size small but I think it could fit a medium comfortably as well.
