Vici high-low black top

High-low pleated blouse, size extra small, in black, from Vici. Only worn twice, in great condition. The top is so comfortable and has a great and flow. The pleats in the back need a good iron to get the look in the photos. Top is black the stock photos found are in white, only ones I could find to showcase how cute it is.
