Are there any flaws? Rips, stains, etc. could you please provide the hip and waist measurements. Also, is there smocking at the back at the waist? Thank you.

@pinksurf76 I don’t see any flaws, I haven’t worn it it was too big on me. I think it may have been worn once by the girl I purchased from. I added info from flying tomato’s page on sizing. I’m trying to find my measuring tape to get accurate measurements for you. My husband had surgery this morning and today has been hectic but I’ll add more photos with measuring tape
