Victor Costa 1970’s Vintage Floral Dress with Pleated Ruffles Small Red Yellow

It's the perfect dress for your garden or dinner party or museum party! The lower skirt portion is constructed with five panels giving it a lot of movement. It has pleated ruffles in layers around the scoop neck, and ruffles along the cuffs and hem. Unlined, zipper closure at back with top hook and eye. The dress is in excellent, pre-owned condition. The scarf belt is not included in the sale and is shown here for styling purposes only. There's no tag that indicates the type of fabric, but it is very lightweight. It's probably nylon.
