Victor Costa Black Cocktail Dress Peplum Colorful XS/S 80s Classic Wiggle Summer

Victor Costa vintage cocktail dress. I am estimating it to fit an XS/S. It is 100% woven polyester. It is fully lined. The black fabric has a bit of a slubby texture to it. It has a colorful peplum detail at the waist. The dress does not stretch. The eye is missing from hook and eye closure at top of zipper.
