Victor Costa Pink Dress Taffeta Pleat Evening Wedding Ballgown Tea Length Sz 3 Stunning vintage dress! This dress is small, as it doesn't fully fit on the the mannequin, but the back DOES fully zip on the right size person! There are belt loops, however now belt or wrap is in included. These could be snipped off or add your own belt. Small circle of discoloration on the back near the zipper, see photo. Gorgeous ruffle pleating along the chest, with the dress pleating out from the waist. I believe this dress has been hemmed from the original length to a tea length, please review measurements.
