This gorgeous 1960s Victor Costa "Bumblebee" dress is in amazing condition. The black flower featured in the front definitely needs some TLC or (IMO) should be taken off for a slightly more modern take on the dress. Maybe even accessorize it with a belt. This dress fits between a size 4-6.
