Really great vintage 80s dress from Victor Costa! Red and white gingham plaid. Ruffles at skirt. Strapless top with boning inside. Center back zipper. Fabric feels like a cotton blend with synthetic feel white lining. No size label, approx. XS to small. Bust 32-33 inches pulled tight. Waist 26 inches. Length varies a bit, shorter in front and slightly longer at back. Boning at top of bust is pushed in a bit and missing size label, otherwise excellent condition. Necklace is not included.
