This skirt has no flaws noted and appears to be in excellent condition skirt measures 32 inches at the waist with a length of 25 inches The flaws are concentrated to the blazer which has spotting on the lapel and a spot on the very bottom spots have not been treated no rips or tears, blazer measures approximately 38 inches at the bust with a length of 23.5 inches Beautiful tulip skirt is fully lined with a heavy damask slight sheen finish The blazer is made with the same material, pockets are not functional and does have shoulder pads that cannot be removed
