Victor Costa vintage 70’s white communion dress

This is a beautiful vintage Victor Costa LTD communion dress from the 1970s. I added the ribbon because the original belt is missing but it does have loops so definitely had one, you can add whatever you like. This dress is 65% polyester 35% cotton and is dry clean only. The dress is in very good condition but does need to be ironed. No size tag but believe this would fit a size 4-6 please check measurements.
