Victoria Beckham for target peplum top in gingham navy and white pattern with 3/4 length sleeves. Measure 21” from pit to pit and 23” from neckline to bottom of ruffle. Sleeves measure about 16.5” from shoulder to cuff. Used and in good condition, only one small stain on bottom of ruffle in back. Please message with questions!
