Victoria Carlsbad Art Nouveau Dragon Vase Gold and Floral Accents Please Read

Based on it's maker's mark, it would have been made between 1891 and 1918. Some of the metal finish is warn with age. I'm not totally sure that it's hand painted, but have seen similar ones from that period that are. One ear is slightly flatter than the other, (but not broken) and there is a chip on the bottom. This is one of those rare artistic treasure finds that I imagine showing in my dream house some day, but would sell it for a similar price to others I've seen online so I could pay for that house.
