Victoria Royal Ltd. Beaded sequin tassel baby blue evening dress. British crown

This is a vintage evening dress. It’s made by Victoria royal limited. Made in British crown. Colony of Hong Kong. Size 10. dry clean only. I believe this is 1980s. The top is beaded sequined tassel thingies. The top is very heavy and it has a band of fabric running horizontal. The skirt is like a chiffon, very flowy. It has a slit in the front. From shoulder seem to shoulder seam 15 inches across. From shoulder seam to arm is 21 inches. Across the band is 15 inches. Then from the shoulder to the bottom of hem is 52 inches. It does have a metal zipper head in the back. The zipper itself looks like a nylon or a plastic. That’s why I think it’s 80s. Looks to have all the embellishments there none missing. It’s absolutely beautiful pale baby blue color. The pictures just don’t do it justice it’s beautiful.
