@apthomasco hi there, no hallmark on this piece either. this is another old 1800’s piece. A lot of the antique or vintage jewelry I come across has been resized or altered at one point, usually rings, a process which often times removes the original hallmark. Most of the unmarked pieces I come across have been resized or altered in some way. the cameo pendant I have was originally a brooch, and the hallmark was likely located on the pin which was removed in the conversion process.
