Dress comes in three parts - black petticoat with drawstring waist, overskirt with elastic band and button up bodice with lace at neckline and elbow length sleeves. Color is dark green and black. Size small, fits a size 6. 100% acetate, dry clean only. Comes with black hat by Emily Ways Hats, black elbow length gloves (with glove keeper) and peacock fan. Very good condition, no tears or stains.
