Victorian Goth Inspired Black Ruffled Peacoat

Black ruffle swing peacoat in size small. Features 3 tiers/rows of ruffle trim, two front pockets, a double-breasted button closure, and a snap funnel neckline. The coat outer material is sort of a soft fleece and the coat is fully lined. The inside tag indicates all materials are polyester, so it's totally vegan friendly (no wool). The peacoat is in perfect condition, no holes, rips, marks, etc. New without tags/never worn.
