Victorian Goth mini cropped jacket

Velvet like” material with feather shoulders. Trumpet lace sleeve cuffs. Clasp closure. Elegant and spicy ;) I bought this to use with my costume but decided to purchase a longer coat so I no longer need this for my costume. It’s like new condition.
