Victorian Metal Belt Buckle- Blue Stones Beads

Vintage Antique Victirian metal belt buckle. 4 blue stones or beads in each corner. Some tarnish. Needs good polishing. Thin metal almost like a tin. Approximately 3"x 2-1/4" Great look. If crafty you could also make this into a vintage piece of jewelry.
