Victorian Moulin Rouge Pin up Lolita heels red 7.5

Worn for one Halloween costume these are gorgeous heels by Wild Diva. 4" heel with dark red gathered man made material top with black velvet bow and trim and black sheer gathered ruffle around top. Very clean just a small amount of scuff at bottoms but the wearer has a head start in not skipping around trying to scuff up the heels so they don't slip. 7.5- they look to be a narrow shoe. 3" wide across front.
