Victorian Pleat & Lace Peplum Blouse

Cream colored, cotton, vintage peplum blouse has pleats running down the front with 2 strips of an eyehole and star pattern on the both sides and the wrists. One button closure is on the lace collar on the back of neck and on long flared sleeve cuffs. Full sleeves are gathered at shoulder to give a puffed appearance, shirt ties in back. No lables or size but fits like a medium that runs small, there is no stretch, is very well made. Excelent condition from my smoke free home.
