Vintage Porcelain Victorian Girl - Half Doll - Half Whisk Broom. It could also be called a Crumb, Clothing or Vanity Brush. The girl is the handle. She was made in Japan. She’s 8 inches tall and wearing a blue and white sailor top with a red shawl and a yellow hat. Her bustle is a little dirty, but she was used for cleaning so that’s understandable. In good vintage condition with small imperfections consistent with age and use. I pack all fragile items in double or heavy duty boxes and use lots of bubble wrap.
