Victorian cross-back floral summer dress

Beautiful, blue summer dress with pink floral and bow patterns. The front is a square, victorian cut for the collar, and the back is a cross pattern with the back exposed. So flirty and cute. Bought from a small, local designer in upstate New York and only worn once.
