Victorian layered skirt blue cream OOAK lolita ghost costume Handmade Halloween

This Handmade Victorian style skirt was a commission I had made by a friend. It falls right below the knee and looks good with a full petticoat or multiple crinoline. It has a heavy baroque pattern of animals, plants and people in sky-blue, cream, and brown. Has 4 layers of cream underskirt. Includes elastic waist band and a waist tie with buttons. Would go well as a costume with a cream colored button down shirt and some cute socks. Worn once. Note: all items come from a smoke-free home.
