jessica2_lynne1 Hi Jamie I just saw your feedback. I'm so sorry, I didn't even open up the sweater because I've never really had an issue with that particular company. Can you please send the sweater back to the address on the label. I will send you a new one and will include the money in the package, that you have to pay to ship back to me. jamiereale Hi Hun!Thanks so much for your offer, I felt bad writing anything negative because you seem really nice. Everything else was awesome and ur card was so sweet! 😃 Honestly I don't have ur address anymore cuz i wound up throwing out packaging before I noticed the flaws. The threads I wound up cutting off the best I could and the hole is so tiny and is hidden under the collar so I think I can live with it😉 50 dollars is just a lot of money for a sweater to me so I expected perfection. Perhaps a 10 dollar credit toward something else in ur closet would be a reasonable way to make it up to me 😉 if you can't I understand and thanks so much for your concern.
