Victoria’s Secret black wide waistband skater circle skirt is size medium. After the wide waistband skirt falls in a ruffle effect. There is no hem but edges are sewn so there is no fraying. Laying skirt out it would form a circle. Made in Philippines of 80% nylon 20% spandex. Hand wash cold. Line dry. Waist 30” stretching to 34”. From top of waist to hem is 13” long. Skirt is darker than pictures.
