do you get this on over head only? no clasps? and also is there any expandable straps to adjust sizing on this or no?

@sports_dance_ Hello, there is no clasp in the back however there are adjustable straps on the shoulders for length preference. Personally, I would say this item is comfortable long wear

@sports_dance_ I range between a 36 and 34 and run a larger cup size of the C cup if that helps. I like this sport bra for this reason due to the stretch factor rather than having a clasp

@sports_dance_ no worries, I don’t mind. No removable cups in this, just soft cups overall ! (Personally I think cup padding would be overkill for this style because it’s a very stable wear on its own)!
