Victoria’s Secret terry dress

Super cute and comfy navy blue and white striped Victoria’s Secret terry cloth dress with tie at waist (it is actually navy blue but looks black in the pictures!). It can be used as a coverup but also a casual dress with sandals or tall boots. I have only worn it twice but there is a small hole at the top (see picture). Not sure if a necklace got caught in it or if it was from washing it. Price reflects imperfection.
