Hi! I have no idea what's wrong with the shoes you purchased, but I've sent a note to Poshmark regarding the open case. You can have the shoes and keep the money. It's $20 and not worth the hassle to me. I would like to close my Poshmark account and can't until this case is closed. If you accept them and keep the money, it can be closed. @rhmcfalls Its an open case because the package was delivered without any shoes in it, I have to have an open case so somebody can get their money back from the post office!!! I'm sure I would have loved them :(

@loriad5 I'm so sorry about that. Its too bad there's not a way for buyers and sellers to communicate so that we could know why a case was opened when Poshmark sends the notice.
