Victoria’s Secret’s new summer dress. Strapless and has removable straps. size Small. Very stretchy around chest area. Blue and white striped. Very subtle sequin spread all over the dress to give a beautiful accent. It’s a bit see through so I would probably wear it as a beach dress or cover up. New. Never worn.
