My dress form measurements are: Body Height - 27" Chest - 33" Waist - 26.5" Hips - 35.5" The dress is a medium but could fit a small because the top material is 84% nylon & 16% spandex... sglassman36 Are there any zippers on this or does it just pull over? And it looks like there is a little belt around the skirt part, is that just a ribbon attached to the skirt? I like that part about it so I just wanted to make sure of what it was

cali4rnianchik @sglassman36 The lowest I can take is $20 for it. It's in perfect condition, I only wore it once for a few hours. Also, there are no zippers. It's a pull over dress and it's very flattering. The black band on it is attached to the skirt it's like an elastic band - super cute!
