U.S. Navy Coverall Flying MIL-C-5390F(Aer) were introduced in 1961. Type II is for color (indian Orange), the Type I was Khaki. This is the first model with velcro belt in USN/USMC, the next (and last one) MIL-5390G was introduced in march 1964. You or so should know that (WEP) for Bureau of Naval Weapons or so called BuWeps, existed between 1 december 1959 and 1 may 1966. Before 1959, it was BuAer (Bureau of Aeronautics and Ordnance), by 1966 it became AS (Naval Air System Command)
