Vietnamese new pants outfit

Top zips up front and is open on the sides from under the chest. Long flowing panels. Pants has some elastic around waist but also a back zipper and are flared. Pants might be either silk or rayon not sure. Says size medium but runs very small. It would fit a small or extra small. Bought in Vietnam and brand new.
