loveletter2life @bluebirdshop The dress is pretty stretchy and is flowy! I added another photo to the listing to show how it is flowy rather than the look from just the hanger. It is about 25 inches at the hips. From armpit to armpit if I stretch it slightly, it goes to about 23 inches.

bluebirdshop @loveletter2life I’m just not sure. If I got it I would take in the sides to wear it as a top. The colors looked fun but I’m no Spring chicken (age62) lol. It just screams happiness for Summer/Vaca. What kind of price are you looking at?
