admat @sunshinenmypckt hi, it’s about 19 inches across one side (38 around the whole thing) I measured the seam that’s by the waist but it looks like it’s a little high waisted and looser fit

admat That seat that I measured is definitely above the waist it’s just hard to tell exactly where the waistline would be. Also there’s no elastic. Hope that helps!
