vintageglam101 @lisajoan4clark Hello. In my opinion she is a "Vintage" 12. The hip measurement is 22 1/2" wide & she has little stretch. Stretched the hip measurement is 23 1/2" wide. Please let me know if you have other questions. Thanks a bunch.
