Vinatge 70s high waisted black velvet skirt By The Strawberry Plant

This skirt feels so soft and luxurious against the skin. It sits high on the waist, zips closed at the back, and is secured by a velvet covered button. I love the soft ruffles at the hem. There are pockets for storing small items, which are always a plus in my book! In very good condition, the only issue to note is some seam stress at the base of the zipper. I lightened the photo so the flaws would show up, but it's hardly noticeable when worn. The perfect skirt to take from fall to winter in style! Measurements taken flat, please double.
