Vince Button Down Dress

Vince navy blue & beige/gold striped button down dress - gently worn but in great condition. Has loops for a thin waist belt yet missing as dress was purchased without it. Dress is a button up in the front, a thin tie at neck and pockets. Lining is beige/gold. Size Medium. Great casual dress for the office or a leisure day out & about.
