Vince Camuto Blouse with Side Tie

This blouse has a lovely drape with side tie for some adjustability. Mixed media - the back is softer, more like jersey. Both fabrics have some stretch to them. Worn once. It was too large so I bought it in a medium. Size: L Pit to Pit: 23” Length: 28.5”
