Vince Camuto Dressy Dress, New, Size 12

The dress is new and never worn. It is 36 inches in length and has a 1 inch hem. I started to take the hem out to lengthen the dress to a more desirable length for me. Then, I decided that it is still too short for me. So the hem is partially out but can easily be put back. The dress has a full zipper at back. It is 35 inches around the waist. It is powder blue and gold and appropriate as a cocktail dress. It is fully lined.
