@luxuryc Hi I would say it's more like a large. The bust is pretty roomy and the waist is elastic and has a good amount of stretch. There are adjustable ties at the neck and waist that give flexibility in size too. I'm 5'10 and 170lbs and it fits and has extra space in the bust and waist/hips. Hope that helps!
