@missgm yes! I believe they are true to size. I also like that they have the ties at the ankle, so you can make then a little more snug or loose in that area for individual fit.

@missgm they look pretty standard to me - the midpoint under foot arch is a little less than 2” across, and ball of foot is 3” across.
