Vince Camuto, black and white maxi dress

Black and white maxi dress by Vince Camuto. I am 5’2 and the dress falls right to the ground. No zippers or fixtures…the dress pulls over your head. There is a bit of elastic rouching across the back. The size is an XS, but it is very forgiving. I wore it only once to a backyard wedding.
