Vince Camuto size 18, basic black dress NWOT

This is a dress by Vince Camuto in a size 18. Seems to me though it would fit a 16 better. The bust measures 22 inches from armpit to armpit and the waist measures 38 inches. The length is 37 inches. The sleeves are three-quarter and measure. 11 inches. The dress has a back zipper closure and has a ruffle that goes from the waist, then curves down to the side of the dress to the hem. This is a very easy flowing dress and very comfortable to wear. The dress is 100% lined and is 100% polyester.
