@emoore074 thanks for asking. I'd say it's a cross between the two. It's either a very thin and lightweight sweater or a thicker, stretchier, ribbed, and fitted shirt. If you're familiar with Vince's slim ribbed button-up collared fitted cardigans, the material texture is very close to those. I hope this helps!
