Vince Midi Pleated Skirt

This really cute skirt by Vince is a dark navy blue with a wide banded waist and another wide khaki band at the bottom. It's pleated below the top band down to the hem. Marked size 2. 28" waist with 8" zipper and hook and eye closure. 20.5" long. Content tag says 96% cotton/4% elastane. Lined in acetate. Excellent condition. Made in the USA.
