From VINCE this is a stunning one shoulder cocktail dress. It is timeless! This beauty is done in black cotton and fully lined in black silk. It is knee length with slight pleats throughout. Marked a Small, this will fit a 32-34” bust and up to 38” hips. From the top of the shoulder to the hem it is 38” long. Reposhing at big price drop because I didn't have the measurements and got the wrong size - oops! This is a knock out! Fabulous all year long, but especially for that holiday or new year's eve party!
