Vince silk band collar blouse

EUC silk Vince blouse in a deep navy color. First few pics are there to represent the fit, not the fabric as this is more matte. No flaws except a small area on the bottom back hem where the stitching is loose, see pics. No fabric tag but by the touch this is 100% silk.
