Vineyard Vines BlackWatch Dress

Sleeveless, smocked ruffle dress. Smocking at the waist allows for generous fit— this could fit up to a 4 (I’m a 4-6 and it fits! Prob would have gone up to a XS if it was available) Tried on, never worn! Ties at neck with tassels. Color is Charleston Green, which is blackwatch. Perfect for Christmas or the holidays! I’m in NJ and it’s too chilly for this- so decided to sell. Super cute easy dress!
