Vineyard Vines Dress

Very cute white and black dress for summer. Straps adjust or come completely off. Looks so cute with wedges or funky sandals. One small tiny spot up on shoulder elastic (shown). Only worn 3 times. It’s a small and runs pretty true to size in my opinion.
